Podi Footcare is a patient orientated podiatry practice based in the centre of Castlebar, Co. Mayo with an easy access on-street clinic ensuring the highest podiatry standard is available to all patients of all abilities.
We believe in a patient-focused approach to our practice and all of the treatments and advice given to you will have your foot health, care and interests as our main priority.

ALISTAIR FRANCE
Podiatrist/ Chiropodist and co-owner of Podi Footcare
Alistair graduated from University and secured a position with the NHS in Homerton University Hospital London. Here he excelled at his work as a podiatrist and was promoted to a specialist in biomechanics and paediatrics just 7 months after starting in the NHS.
Now Alistair is looking forward to focusing his knowledge and experience in a private practice setting in the West of Ireland.
MEGAN STAUNTON
Podiatrist/ Chiropodist and co-owner of Podi Footcare
Megan graduated from University and pursued her podiatric career in St.George’s Hospital within the NHS in London. Here she treated a wide range of conditions in general chiropody, biomechanics, paediatrics and much more. In April 2017 Megan moved to Dublin and worked in a private practice setting.
Megan is excited to be coming home to Mayo and keen to use her professional skill set in her native county.
Patricia McFadden
Podiatrist/ Chiropodist
Patricia graduated from NUI Galway in 2014. She has worked in private practices in Dublin and Galway where she has provided foot care for a wide range of conditions, particularly in treating musculoskeletal injuries of the foot and ankle. She is passionate about foot health promotion and strives to see her clients improve their quality of life through the care of their feet.
